FOLLOW THE FILM
A typical laminated-rollstock workflow. The exact route depends on the selected material and order specification.
INSIDE PRODUCTION
See the equipment and work areas used to turn film materials into rolls ready for the next production stage.

01 / MATERIAL ROLLS
Base-film rolls are prepared for conversion. The selected materials and thicknesses are reviewed against the packaging specification.

02 / PRINTING
The printing line transfers the artwork to the film. Print layout, repeat length and registration marks are part of the production specification.

03 / LAMINATION
Lamination joins the selected films or foil into one structure. Each layer has a role in the finished packaging, from the printed surface to the inner sealing layer.

04 / CURING
Laminated rolls are held through the required curing stage. Time and conditions depend on the adhesive system and laminate specification.

05 / SLITTING & REWINDING
The wide web is slit and rewound into rolls for the agreed format. Roll width, core size, winding direction and roll dimensions must match the filling equipment.
CHECKS ALONG THE WAY
Print review, film inspection and material testing help address different questions about the packaging.

Review printed appearance against the approved artwork and agreed color reference.

An inspection and rewinding station provides another point to review the printed web.

The partner laboratory supports material checks. The required tests and reporting scope are reviewed for each project.
Every batch of our rollstock comes with a third-party test report. Review the relevant tests, material records and facility documentation for your project.
