DOWNLOADABLE ARTWORK RESOURCE

Start your design
with a clear layout.

38 × 152 mm stick pack.

Download a layout based on our 38 mm single-lane tooling drawing, showing the front panel, back panels and seal allowances. Use it to plan your design, then request the layout confirmed for your filling line.

One-page PDF: 1:1 artwork layout; editable SVG. Confirm the final tooling profile with Encap.

Read the seal profile. The source drawing specifies a 152 mm layout length, two 5 mm edge allowances and a 10 mm bottom seal. The shaped top seal reaches 18 mm deep; the yellow band is a conservative keep-clear area, not its exact footprint. See PDF page 3 for the tooling profile. The 3 mm text inset is suggested; confirm registration and unwind before printing.

BEFORE YOU FINALIZE THE DESIGN

Fit the artwork
to the production plan.

Confirm the layout before adapting every design.

A finished stick pack and the flat film web have different dimensions. Share your equipment requirements or current film drawing so we can review the correct layout together.

Layout, seals & registration

Confirm web width, repeat length, seal areas, print orientation and registration-mark requirements for the selected line. Keep critical text and graphics within the agreed safe area. Bleed and tolerances are confirmed with the production layout.

Artwork files & color references

Keep editable source artwork, linked images and font information available. Include a PDF for visual reference. We’ll confirm the required production file format, color setup and any white-ink or finish layers for your project.

Product copy, barcodes & coding areas

Review your final product text and barcode information with your team. Tell us where lot/date coding will be applied. Barcode size, placement and readability should be checked on the agreed layout and production samples.

Material performance & documentation

Share your product’s storage conditions, intended shelf life and filling process, along with your quality team’s documentation needs. Material structure and performance requirements are reviewed for the application.
